Controls Project Quotations Specialist

Seeking a

Controls Project Quotations Specialist

to support lighting controls projects from bid through completion. This role is ideal for someone with a background in

construction, engineering, estimating, or project coordination

who enjoys reviewing technical drawings, developing accurate pricing, and working closely with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Review and interpret engineered electrical drawings and specifications Develop accurate

bills of material (BOMs)

and pricing for lighting controls systems Support competitive bid processes and work directly with distributors to close projects Manage projects through the

full lifecycle

, from quotation to completion Collaborate closely with internal teams while delivering excellent customer communication Learn and apply technical knowledge related to OSA's lighting controls manufacturers Use company tools and systems to track project details, documentation, and timelines

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience

in engineering, construction, estimating, or project management Ability to read and interpret electrical or construction drawings Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and pricing Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Willingness to learn new products, systems, and software

Preferred Experience & Tools

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Adobe Acrobat AutoCAD or similar CAD software Bluebeam Revu or other construction document review tools Project management software
