Job Overview




We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our team in delivering high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. This role requires a well-rounded individual who possesses strong technical expertise, is highly adaptable, and can collaborate effectively within a team. Key Responsibilities




Electrical Installation & Maintenance

: Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Troubleshooting

: Diagnose and repair electrical problems efficiently to minimize downtime and meet project deadlines.

Safety Compliance

: Follow all safety protocols, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and industry standards.

Project Support

Requirements




Valid Tennessee LLE License or Journeyman's Card (preferred but not required) 3+ years of experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial electrical work as lead Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant local codes Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and client relationship management skills
