Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This role involves preparing accurate electrical project estimates, managing project execution from inception to completion, and ensuring all work aligns with client specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction estimating expertise, electrical experience, and project management skills to lead successful projects within the construction industry.

Duties

Develop comprehensive electrical estimates utilizing Accubid software, including detailed cost analysis and pricing strategies 2-years or more experience. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to accurately assess scope and requirements. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors through negotiation to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms. Manage multiple projects by coordinating schedules, resources, and personnel to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Oversee construction site activities ensuring compliance with NEC standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures. Monitor project progress, perform cost control analysis, and implement corrective actions as needed to stay within budget. Prepare and present proposals, change orders, and project updates to stakeholders. Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication between design teams, field crews, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on electrical systems; familiarity with Accubid software, NEC codes, and construction management software is preferred. Strong background in electrical work with hands-on construction site experience. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, cost control, pricing strategies, and contract management. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of construction site safety standards and regulations. Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and clients. Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical work or construction management are a plus. Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
