Electrical Project Manager

to join our team in

Richmond, VA

Position Summary:

We're seeking a

highly skilled Electrical Project Manager

with a strong background in

data center construction

and

mission-critical infrastructure

. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

5 years of experience

managing electrical scopes of work, leading field teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of electrical work on

data center construction projects

Coordinate schedules, resources, and personnel to ensure smooth execution Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams Identify and resolve project risks and issues in real time Collaborate with engineering and field teams to maintain project efficiency and excellence

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

as a Project Manager in electrical construction Proven experience with

data center

or

mission-critical projects

(required) Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical documents Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
