We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical systems within construction. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop skills under the guidance of experienced electricians, working on diverse projects that include commercial, residential, and high-voltage electrical installations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality standards in a dynamic work setting.
Responsibilities
Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites and industrial facilities.
Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to electrical installations.
Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
Support the installation of low voltage and high voltage wiring systems in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
Aid in the assembly of electrical components, including conduit bending, wiring, and mounting electrical panels.
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Participate in site clean-up and organization to maintain an efficient work area.
Collaborate with team members on framing carpentry tasks as needed for electrical infrastructure setup.
Qualifications
Prior experience or familiarity with residential or commercial electrician work is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints reading, and electrical codes (NEC).
Experience with low voltage and high voltage systems is advantageous.
Construction site experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort working in physically demanding environments.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
