Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electric Utility Technical Safety Trainer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering high-quality training for field personnel engaged in transmission, distribution, and utility construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver safety training programs for electric utility operations, including overhead and underground line work. Ensure compliance with OSHA, NESC, and company safety standards. Conduct field audits and provide coaching to crews on safe work practices. Maintain training records and assist with incident investigations when needed. Collaborate with project managers and safety leadership to identify training needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in electric utility construction safety. Strong knowledge of transmission and distribution systems. Familiarity with OSHA regulations, NESC, and utility safety standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel to job sites as required.

Pay: $74,100.00 - $120,000.00 per year
