Widerman Malek, PL is seeking an Elder Law Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in its Melbourne, Fl. office. This position focuses primarily on Probate, Trust and Guardianship litigation matters, as well as some civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience with a variety of cases. Strong research and writing skills are required.
