Key Responsibilities:
Ensure children's safety and supervise the classroom Lead and maintain an enriching learning environment Develop and implement daily lesson plans using the High Scope Curriculum Track child progress through assessments and documentation Communicate regularly with families and support their involvement Facilitate parent conferences and home visits Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate with team members Maintain professionalism and foster positive relationships
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Early Childhood or related field with ECE credits and certification PA Teacher Certification preferred 1+ year experience with preschool children preferred
