You'll orchestrate the flow of our dining room with grace and intention, ensuring every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities include:
Greeting guests with genuine warmth and assisting with coats
Guiding guests to their tables and presenting menus with care
Preparing custom menus and tracking guest preferences for special requests
Managing reservations and phone inquiries with professionalism
Coordinating seating to ensure smooth service flow
Maintaining accurate waitlist information and realistic time estimates
Keeping the host stand and entrance immaculate
Supporting special events and large party coordination
Reading the dining room to anticipate needs before they arise
If you have a natural gift for hospitality and thrive in dynamic environments. You're polished, positive, and passionate about creating memorable experiences. Prior experience in upscale dining is essential.
