Expeditor





As Expeditor at El Gaucho Boise, you'll coordinate between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring every dish is delivered accurately and on time for seamless service.



You're responsible for quality control, inspecting each plate for proper presentation and accuracy while coordinating with kitchen and service staff. Your attention to detail, clear communication, and professionalism ensure seamless service.



Responsibilities:


Coordinating timely, accurate food delivery Maintaining warm, welcoming guest interactions Communicating clearly with kitchen, servers, and management Inspecting dishes for presentation and accuracy Gathering and addressing guest feedback Contributing to continuous improvement Requirements Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-end restaurant experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Exceptional communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Genuine passion for hospitality Ability to work efficiently under pressure Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of food safety regulations Strong teamwork abilities




Food Runner





As a Food Runner at El Gaucho Boise, you'll deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately. Timing, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential in this fast-paced role.



You'll work seamlessly with both kitchen and front-of-house teams, delivering orders promptly and accurately while maintaining El Gaucho's impeccable standards. Your friendly professionalism and quick thinking help create smooth, exceptional service.



Responsibilities:


Delivering food orders efficiently from kitchen to table Ensuring order accuracy and proper presentation Maintaining clean, organized work areas Addressing guest inquiries professionally Collaborating with team members for seamless service Upholding cleanliness and food safety standards Assisting team with tableside service

Requirements


Minimum 6 months restaurant experience Strong hospitality focus on guest satisfaction Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Attention to detail and multitasking ability Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation: $12.00/hour during training, then $3.35/hour plus tips
