Bartender



El Gaucho Boise seeks experienced bartenders with expertise in classic and contemporary cocktails and a commitment to exceptional hospitality. Beyond crafting exceptional beverages, you'll cultivate relationships and create a bar environment where guests want to return. Your deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails--both classic and contemporary--combined with your hospitality mindset will make you invaluable to our team.



Your expertise includes:


Comprehensive knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits Experience creating traditional and modern cocktails Fine dining beverage service experience Enthusiasm for selling through genuine hospitality POS system proficiency Cash handling and payment processing Anticipating guest needs with intuition Maintaining an impeccably organized bar

Requirements


Minimum 3-4 years bartending experience Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Alcohol server certification Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build regular clientele

Compensation: $12.00/hour during 2-week training. After training: Starting wage $3.35/hour plus tips. Our bartenders typically earn $40-60/hour including tips, though earnings vary based on individual sales and guest gratuities.
