, is seeking an experienced and proactive

Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

to join their team.

What You'll Do

Support management and employees in maintaining compliance with OSHA, CAL/OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations Develop and implement

Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)

and

Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

procedures Lead or assist in

incident investigations

and

root cause analyses

Conduct

workplace inspections

and recommend corrective actions Coordinate and deliver

safety and environmental training

, including new hire orientations Participate as a

Safety Committee leader

, fostering engagement and accountability Manage

EHS documentation

, including training records, incident reports, and compliance data Support

environmental compliance

programs -- stormwater, air, wastewater, and hazardous waste Assist with

SPCC and SWPPP

development and implementation Schedule and manage

hazardous waste disposal

and reporting activities

What You Bring

4+ years of EHS experience in an

industrial or manufacturing

environment (wood products experience a plus) Associate's OR Bachelor's degree in

Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene

, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Must have STRONG experience with environmental regulations!

Strong working knowledge of OSHA, CAL/OSHA Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Willingness to obtain or maintain certifications including OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, RCRA, and California Title 22
