You will be responsible for the planning, operations, and maintenance of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) used across the organization.

You will identify and promote both internal partnerships and third-party vendors in support of CFHW objectives.

Job Profile:

Do you keep an eye on strategic initiatives without getting lost in day-to-day tasks? Do you have experience with building exceptional vendor relationships to support the EHR and other 3rd party vendors? Are you able to manage a hybrid team and engage them with weekly team and 1:1 connections? Do you have technical EHR skills to support your team? Things like experience with EHR stored procedures, triggers, table schemas and application programming interface (API)? Do you have a customer service mindset that shows you are an accessible and approachable contributor to the organization? Are you experienced with daily and strategic tasks and ensure that updates are communicated to staff and project teams?

You Will:

Focus on strategic projects such as version updates to EHR, Electronic Dental Record (EDR) and Behavioral Health (BH) records. Keep a pulse on the day-to-day needs and what's on the horizon for the EHR. Communicate with the organization about the work being done to positively impact the EHR and the care delivery experience. Proactively manage the work and support the team to ensure projects are on track and focused.

Compensation

: Approximately $120,000 to $170,000 annually. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.

What We Need for this Job:

Relevant Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience required. Two (2+) years' experience in training, project management, systems implementation, or hands-on experience with technical systems. Two (2+) years' experience in management/leadership. Ability to perform functional testing. Training skills. Managing vendor relationships.
