This role focuses on analysing processes, implementing sustainable improvements, and enabling continuous performance enhancement in a distributed, digital-first environment. As a remote team member, you will collaborate virtually across departments, leveraging analytics tools, workflow automation platforms, and digital dashboards to deliver measurable productivity gains and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
remote analysis
of workflows, systems, and operational data to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks across teams and business units.
Use cloud-based data-analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel Online, SQL) to support performance measurement and improvement modelling.
Partner virtually with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, finance, IT, and HR to diagnose process issues and co-create solutions.
Lead
remote workshops
and virtual brainstorming sessions to design new processes and establish clear improvement roadmaps.
Apply
Lean, Six Sigma, and process-optimisation methodologies
to recommend, implement, and monitor efficiency initiatives.
Develop and maintain digital dashboards and KPI trackers that communicate ongoing improvement outcomes to management.
Support change management in a remote environment -- training teams, documenting improved procedures, and promoting adoption of new processes.
Present analytical findings and performance updates through online meetings, visual dashboards, and executive summaries.
Maintain strong communication through asynchronous collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Notion, etc.) to ensure clarity and alignment across distributed teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in operations analysis, business improvement, or efficiency-related roles (remote or hybrid experience preferred).
Proficiency with
data-analytics tools
(Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and familiarity with digital collaboration platforms (Teams, Asana, Miro, etc.).
Strong understanding of
process-improvement frameworks
such as Lean, Six Sigma, and business process re-engineering.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey insights effectively to remote stakeholders.
Self-motivated, organised, and proactive in a
remote-work environment
, with a strong sense of accountability and autonomy.
Ability to manage multiple digital projects across time zones with minimal supervision.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience in management consulting, business transformation, or efficiency programmes.

Understanding of cost-optimisation strategies and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience coordinating remote teams or contributing to large-scale virtual transformation projects.
