Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership to a team of Report developers and Data Analysts and Associate performance in the course of their respective duties
  • Work with business and technical teams to identify or support new reporting needs and provide subject matter expertise
  • Work on relevant projects and manage the system enhancements and related implementation verification processes
  • Participate in various business and technical forums as required
  • Work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
  • Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with the business community, understanding their reporting needs build positive client relationships and to improve client satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in technology and/or data analytics
  • 5+ years of successful state and Federal reporting experience for government or private-sector data warehouses projects in health care
  • Experience in analytical reporting, data visualization and problem-solving
  • Experience with project management process and responsibilities
  • Experience with Medicaid, MMIS development, and management of projects
  • Demonstrated experience defining business requirements and influencing decisions at the onset
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Teradata, Cognos and Tableau
  • Proven ability to work with others, be self-motivated, and be a team player

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $101,200 to $184,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
