Education Supervisor$2,500 Sign-On Bonus!Pay Range:

RFK Community Alliance is looking for a passionate and motivated Education Supervisor to join our team in Lancaster, MA.Who We SeekIn this dynamic full-time role, youll be a key leader supporting teaching assistants and ensuring smooth, student-centered operations throughout the school day. From managing student arrivals and dismissals to overseeing critical documentation, your leadership will help create a positive and productive learning environment for all. ResponsibilitiesParticipates and assists in the development of incentives and support plans for students within the assigned school building.Manages the daily arrival of day students.



Records and maintains accurate attendance records and communicates daily attendance to the administrative assistant. Oversees morning arrival for day students and staff deployment for supervision of the morning transitions. Oversees dismissal and bus transitions for day students. Assesses safety and transportation issues and reports incidents/concerns to the Assistant Director of Education.Ensures that the educational environment is safe and clean and is maintained in a professional manner.Ensures that all incident reports for students are completed and reported to clinicians and administrators.Attend training, lectures, and courses as indicated as part of professional development.



Receives a minimum of 24 hours of training a year.Who You AreYou are someone who leads with compassion and who values collaboration, professionalism, and teamwork. The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in human services or a related field and one year of supervisory experience. Shift Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
