Position Summary:

The Center for REALTOR\xc2\xae Development (CRD), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Association of REALTORS\xc2\xae (NAR) is NAR\xe2\x80\x99s home for exceptional education. CRD is devoted to lifelong learning, career advancement, and specialized credentials for real estate professionals. With designations and certifications, microcourses, learning pathways, an award-winning podcast, and educational events, there is a learning experience for every real estate professional.

CRD is seeking an Education Production Specialist to collaborate in developing these programs. The Education Production Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development of both live classroom course materials and digital learning content for REALTORS\xc2\xae. The Education Production Specialist reports to the Director of Learning and Development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the course development build process and design materials for various projects, including CRD\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio of core courses, microcourses, LMS offerings, webinars, and new programs.
• Assist in creating the visual design of educational content involved in CRD courses and programs, including media.
• Administrate multiple programs for the association and serves as an adjunct to the Director of Business Development.
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Skilled with Articulate Storyline & Camtasia and digital learning technologies
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (including template design that is easily replicative)
• Familiarity with basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and other CMS systems
• Proficiency in programs including Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Audition, XD), Articulate Storyline/Rise, HTML/CSS, and WordPress used to implement content design
• Experience in learning development, publishing, or non-profit organizations
• Prior experience with LMS systems (CrowdWisdom is a plus)
• Self-accountable and self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and be able to interact with association members, volunteers, and vendors
• Familiarity with blended learning design and strategy for professional adults
• Results oriented with high attention to detail, design-oriented thinking, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
• Commitment to helping learners develop their skills
• Demonstrated project management and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills & the ability to convey concepts
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred
• Periodic travel up to 10% is required
