In the role of Education Manager, you would
:
Plan, administer, and implement early childhood development services, including supervision of education staff.
Ensure curriculum fidelity and support individual growth for children and staff.
Promote the family as the first and most important teachers in a child's life.
Qualified applicants
MUST
have the following
:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education with coursework in early childhood education with teaching experience of the same
Management and supervisory experience.
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience working in a Head Start program
Knowledge of state and community resources
Training and experience in family support services
Community involvement
This position works 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, for the entire year (including summer months).
