About the Role




Join our team as an Education & Development Coordinator, a high-impact role mentoring agents, fostering engagement, and leading adoption of Rechat, our company's technology platform. You will coach agents, support their growth, and ensure they leverage tools and resources to build successful businesses.


This role blends education, mentorship, recruitment, and technology leadership to drive meaningful growth across the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, thrives on connecting with others, and brings energy, creativity, and leadership to every interaction. You will play a central role in agent development, training, and engagement while contributing to initiatives that strengthen company culture and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities



Design and deliver agent education and training programs. Coach and mentor agents to support growth and success. Facilitate masterminds and accountability groups for peer learning. Lead adoption of Rechat, helping agents use the platform effectively. Recruit and onboard growth-oriented real estate professionals. Collaborate with marketing and operations to create learning materials. Use technology to simplify workflows and enhance productivity. Participate in business planning and strategy sessions. Translate tools into actionable strategies for agents. Identify opportunities to improve agent satisfaction and performance. Contribute to leadership initiatives that strengthen company culture.

Requirements:
Active Nebraska and/or Iowa real estate license. Experience in residential real estate with a background in sales, coaching, or training preferred. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Confident speaking in front of groups and leading discussions. Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern real estate tools and platforms. Dependable, proactive, and motivated by helping others succeed. * Brings innovative ideas and a forward-thinking approach to agent growth and company initiatives.
