Overview

The Treehouse Preschool is committed to providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We are looking for a passionate Education Coordinator to join our team and help shape meaningful learning experiences for our children.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate curriculum for all classrooms Support and coach teachers to enhance instructional quality Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards Coordinate child assessments and ensure developmental milestones are tracked Plan educational events, parent workshops, and community-building activities Maintain updated documentation, lesson plans, and educational materials Collaborate with administration on program improvement and staff training Ensure that our curriculum aligns with the RIELDS as well as national standards.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) Experience working in a childcare, preschool, or early learning environment Strong understanding of child development and early learning standards Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to mentor staff and collaborate effectively with families and team members
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $46,997.39 - $56,599.01 per year

Work Location: In person
