The Patient Care Coordination team consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Respiratory Therapists
Our team reviews medical records to assure patients are in the correct admission status to meet regulatory requirements
Job Summary
To provide Utilization Review and Case Management to the Emergency Department population who present with social and or discharge needs which may prevent them from returning to their current environment. Will provide hospital wide Utilization Review and Case Management coverage as needed and time allows.
Requirements
Three to five years hospital patient care experience.
Hybrid remote position must be located in Joplin, Missouri or the surrounding Four State area.
Preferred Requirements
5 years hospital/clinical experience preferred.
Registered Nurse experience.
