eCommerce Marketing & Sales Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE



We are seeking a charismatic, self-motivated eCommerce Marketing & Sales Manager who will own our marketing, brand, and growth in a truly hands-on capacity. This is an execution-driven role for someone who leads from the front, takes initiative, and delivers results -- not someone who waits, hesitates, or over-discusses.

You will actively create, manage, optimize, and scale all marketing and advertising efforts across our eCommerce ecosystem while demonstrating strong leadership, sharp decision-making, and the kind of drive that gets things done. You move fast, think clearly, take accountability, and push projects across the finish line with purpose and precision.

You will lead growth marketing, revenue optimization, and omnichannel campaigns, driving measurable performance, demand generation, and brand impact. This role is marketing-first, centered on content creation, channel ownership, brand positioning, and conversion-driven strategy, while also supporting sales and revenue initiatives.

You will shape brand presence, accelerate acquisition and retention, and improve funnel performance across multiple owned eCommerce websites, guided by data-led decision-making, campaign analytics, and performance dashboards. You will also build scalable processes and lead the development of a lean marketing team while remaining deeply hands-on and accountable for results.

Employment Type:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Marketing, Advertising & Channel Ownership

Own and execute Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, PPC campaigns, paid social, retargeting strategies, and funnel-driven performance marketing Be hands-on with content creation while overseeing quality, consistency, and brand alignment Create high-impact content for social, website, and digital campaigns Craft compelling product stories and creative brand narratives that turn products into experiences, not just listings Plan, design, and schedule content aligned with brand tone and promotional strategy Apply UX/UI thinking to improve website flow, customer journey, and conversion performance Oversee asset creation and design direction to meet brand and performance standards Manage website banners, featured placements, and new product visibility Support paid media and PPC campaigns with a performance-focused approach Track engagement and optimize content for performance and visibility Fully own the marketing technology stack, including platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, and similar tools, with focus on funnels, automation, and optimization

Retail, Vendor & Growth Execution



Support branded presence across our primary owned eCommerce websites and select third-party marketplaces such as Wayfair, ensuring consistent presentation and performance Drive marketing execution across multiple owned eCommerce websites and brand storefronts Coordinate with product lines and vendor partners to support merchandising and visibility Manage visibility within a retail and dropshipping model Identify growth opportunities, emerging categories, and expansion potential

CRM, Funnels, CRO & Performance



Hands-on management of HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms Own funnel strategy, setup, automation, and performance optimization Lead CRO initiatives to improve on-site performance and sales efficiency Execute customer journey optimization and audience segmentation Support analytics, reporting, and data-driven performance improvement

Project Management & Team Leadership



Project manage marketing initiatives, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate workflows, resources, and priorities across campaigns Hire, onboard, and train a lean marketing team as the department evolves Establish standards, workflows, and performance expectations

Sales & Revenue Support



Partner with sales through lead engagement and revenue-focused marketing initiatives Represent the brand with a confident, professional, and persuasive presence

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR



Charismatic, confident communicator with strong persuasion and conversion instincts Proven eCommerce digital marketing experience with hands-on execution Tech-savvy and experienced in multi-channel advertising environments Strong writing and copy skills with a conversion-focused mindset Expertise in CRO, funnel optimization, and user journey strategy Data-driven with ability to interpret analytics and apply performance insights Highly organized, structured, and process-oriented Ability to design digital assets or oversee creative production effectively Experience managing and developing a small team Familiarity with BigCommerce, Shopify, or similar eCommerce platforms Experience in retail eCommerce and dropshipping environments preferred Comfortable owning channels while supporting sales and growth

Pay: $70,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
