E-Commerce IT & Fulfillment Support Specialist

Position Summary

We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy team member who can bridge the gap between

IT support

and

warehouse operations

. This hybrid role supports day-to-day technology needs for our e-commerce fulfillment team while maintaining and improving the systems that keep orders flowing smoothly--from

Finale Inventory

and

ShipStation

to workstations, printers, and scanners.

You'll troubleshoot devices, set up new users, maintain shipping stations, and ensure that the tech powering our warehouse runs efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys working with computers just as much as jumping in to solve practical, on-the-floor fulfillment challenges.

What You'll Do

Systems & Software Support:

Provide daily support for core e-commerce and fulfillment systems including

Finale Inventory

,

ShipStation

, and related integrations. Set up and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and basic system configurations. Assist with troubleshooting sync issues between systems (e.g., order flow, barcode scanners, label printing).

Hardware & Network Support:

Set up and maintain computers, monitors, printers, scanners, barcode devices, and label printers in both office and warehouse areas. Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues affecting fulfillment workstations or shipping stations. Track and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, hardware, and accessories.

Fulfillment Operations:

Support warehouse staff by ensuring shipping stations, scales, and scanning equipment function properly. Work alongside fulfillment and inventory teams to optimize workflows and reduce downtime. Assist with workstation moves, printer setup, and label configuration.

General IT Support:

Serve as first point of contact for technical issues across departments, including office and warehouse staff. Perform basic system updates, password resets, and account provisioning. Manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, and Groups) including: Creating, suspending, and transferring user accounts. Assigning appropriate roles and access levels. Maintaining shared drive and folder permissions. Organizing file structures and implementing group-based access to streamline team collaboration and reduce permission sprawl. Document procedures and maintain setup guides for recurring tasks. Support onboarding of new staff with proper account setup, equipment configuration, and step-by-step technical reference materials. What You Bring

2-3 years of experience in IT support, technical operations, or warehouse systems. Familiarity with

e-commerce tools

, especially

Finale Inventory

,

ShipStation

, or similar fulfillment platforms. Experience with WooCommerce a plus. Working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments, networking basics, and standard office/warehouse hardware. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tickets or requests in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable lifting and moving tech equipment or setting up workstations in warehouse environments. Reliable, organized, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
