Position Objective \xe2\x80\x93 E-commerce & Digital Assistant: The primary goal of this entry level job is to assist the Marketing Manager in daily and weekly activities. The E-commerce & Digital Assistant will be responsible for e-commerce tasks such as order processing, scheduling, price changes, etc. and the creation of new content including product information, product photos, blog articles, social media content, videos, and more.
This position will have the opportunity to gain industry knowledge and experience with marketing and e-commerce. The position provides for flexibility and professional advancement. This job description is meant to be a general overview of job responsibilities and will expand as needed.

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Assistant listed but not limited to:

• Process online orders

• Data research and entry of website products

• Uploading new products to the website

• Assist in any price changes and other product updates

• Taking &uploading photos of existing and new products online

• Working closely with Marketing Manager to make sure content is consistent with company branding and messaging

• Ensure content is produced in a timely fashion and adheres to established deadlines

• Ensure developed content meets SEO goals, content styling, and brand guidelines

• Writing creative and relevant blog content

• Creating, editing, uploading videos to YouTube channel (how to, quick tips, other references)

• Works with marketing team to assist with current marketing strategy to expand Liberty\xe2\x80\x99s digital footprint and customer base

• Assist in social media posts & content consistent with company message and marketing plan

• Assist in promotional events/ sales/ etc.

• Copywriting skills

• Prioritizing and multi-tasking skills

• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail

• Must be able to work independently to meet requirements

• Photography and videography skills a plus

• Knowledge of websites & social media strategy is a plus
