The Opportunity:

We are looking for a sharp and meticulous Data Entry & E-commerce Specialist to maintain and enhance our product listings on our WooCommerce website. Your primary goal will be to ensure our online catalog is accurate, detailed, and appealing to our customers. This is a key role in our small team, directly impacting the customer experience and our sales success.

What You'll Be Doing:

Take charge of product data management, from uploading high-quality images to writing clear and compelling product descriptions. Accurately input and update product details, including pricing, inventory levels, and specifications in WordPress/WooCommerce. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency across all product listings. Maintain an organized digital library of product assets. Collaborate with our team to ensure product information is always current and effectively presented.

What You'll Need:

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Strong written communication skills. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic website operations. A reliable and punctual work ethic.

Direct experience with WordPress and WooCommerce. Previous experience in a data entry or product management role.
