Responsibilities

Perform echocardiograms to assess heart function and structure. Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills. Document and analyze echocardiogram results for physician review. Stay updated on advancements in echocardiography techniques. Utilize data to track personal performance and achieve targets. Maintain and calibrate echocardiogram equipment for optimal performance. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Educate patients on echocardiogram procedures and expectations. Participate in performance evaluations and quality improvement initiatives. Manage patient scheduling and follow-up appointments efficiently. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.

Experience/Qualifications

Certified in echocardiography with relevant credentials and training. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Experience performing echocardiograms in a clinical setting. Demonstrated ability to achieve performance targets and goals. Strong analytical skills for documenting and interpreting echocardiogram results. Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in healthcare. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Skilled in maintaining and calibrating echocardiogram equipment. Proficiency in managing patient scheduling and follow-up appointments. Ability to educate patients about echocardiogram procedures effectively.
