What You'll Do





The

ECE Enrollment & Engagement Coordinator

supports YWCA Minneapolis' Early Childhood Education (ECE) enrollment goals by building strong community and corporate partnerships, engaging prospective families, and strengthening the journey from inquiry to enrollment. You will play a key role in attracting and engaging a socioeconomically and racially diverse set of families across all ECE centers. This role includes community and corporate outreach, family engagement, CRM tracking, event participation, and ongoing collaboration with ECE and Marketing teams. Travel to YWCA ECE centers and community locations across the Twin Cities is required.




Key Responsibilities




Community Outreach & Engagement




Research, identify, and prioritize outreach to community organizations (neighborhood groups, family service providers, healthcare organizations, workforce agencies, schools, local businesses, etc.) to generate family referrals. Build and maintain relationships to establish strong referral pipelines. Represent YWCA Minneapolis at community resource fairs, cultural festivals, and events; coordinate event logistics, materials, staffing, and follow-up. Gather insights from outreach activities and use them to inform enrollment strategy.



Corporate Outreach & Engagement




Strengthen and support corporate partnerships where YWCA operates onsite ECE centers (e.g., Ecolab) to increase employee engagement. Identify and cultivate new corporate partnerships; collaborate with HR teams to provide employees with information about YWCA ECE centers.



Prospective Family Engagement & Tour Support




Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, responding to inquiries by phone, email, text, or Teams. Schedule onsite tours and track each prospective family from inquiry to enrollment. Provide tour support when Center Directors or Assistant Directors are unavailable. Follow up with families post-tour to support enrollment decisions and maintain warm engagement.



Metrics, Tracking & Data Management




Use the CRM/enrollment system (e.g., ProCare) to ensure timely and accurate tracking of all inquiries, leads, tours, and enrollment statuses. Gather and organize center-level data on openings, waitlists, and enrollment status; provide regular summaries to leadership. Track and report on factors influencing enrollment, including: + Leads generated from outreach and events + Reasons families choose not to enroll
+ Socioeconomic and racial diversity of incoming families
Partner with the VP of Marketing & Communications to analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.



Collaboration & Communication




Work closely with ECE Directors, teachers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth handoffs throughout the enrollment process. Partner with Marketing & Communications to align outreach with messaging and storytelling opportunities. Maintain consistent communication with the VP of Marketing & Communications and VP of ECE, sharing insights, trends, and recommendations. Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity in all family and community interactions. Perform other duties as assigned to support enrollment growth.

Qualifications






Minimum of three years of experience in outreach, enrollment, customer service, or sales. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with CRM or enrollment management systems. Demonstrated project management skills. Proficiency with standard computer applications and email platforms. Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly across the Twin Cities.



Preferred




Experience in Early Childhood Education, childcare enrollment, or family engagement. Experience with childcare management systems (e.g., ProCare). Event coordination or public engagement experience.
