Description:

The Program Director is responsible (under the supervision of the Executive Director and Medical Director) for the overall administration of patient care at Focus Healthcare. Included in these responsibilities are (1) assisting with the development and maintenance of a high-quality treatment program; (2) provide assistance as a working manager to cover counselor caseloads or maintain a small overflow caseload; and lastly, (3) efficient personnel and fiscal management. Additionally, implementing both the short/long term goals determined by strategic planning, program segmentation, development and driving program philosophy as developed by Leadership team.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in psychology, Mental Health Counseling; Social Work or related field required; Licensure required. Preferred supervisory experience in individual, group or family therapy; preferred ten years with a minimum of five years of clinical experience in eating disorders or related field. Trauma training required. Must have the training (course work, in-service education and other on the job training) to provide care to patient in the adult age category.
