As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll serve as the face of Easy Wireless--connecting people with essential mobile and internet services while enjoying paid training, advancement opportunities, and strong earning potential.

What You'll Do

? Act as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless in-store and at community outreach

events.

? Enroll qualified customers in government-subsidized wireless programs (Lifeline).

? Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and municipal guidelines.

? Engage with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide tech support for devices.

? Operate mobile tents and booths--set up, tear down, and manage inventory.

? Meet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement and product promotion.

What You Bring

? High school diploma or equivalent (required)

? Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required)

? 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience (preferred)

? Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

? Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet navigation, data entry)

? Comfortable working outdoors, lifting up to 40 lbs, and standing for extended periods

? Bilingual skills are a plus!
