We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Morning Housekeeping Assistant to Lead Supervisor of the housekeeping team. This role is vital in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strong computer skills, extensive janitorial and custodial experience, and a background gym, hospitality or hotel supervision. Responsibilities
Help coordinate daily housekeeping operations during early morning shifts with said head Supervisor
Mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and communicate all things to head Supervisor
Oversee cleaning activities across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using optimal and professional cleaning techniques
Observe and help logistics of laundry operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of linens
Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with club policies and industry best practices
Communicate and uphold compliance with safety, health, and cleanliness standards personally and as an example to staff
Regularly oversee the completion of tasks, and monitor with head Supervisor the productivity to optimize operational efficiency
Communicate all staff concerns and member concerns promptly to Head Supervisor to uphold excellent customer service standards
Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines
Qualifications
Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services, preferably in customer facing setting
Supervising experience and history of leadership skills
Strong knowledge of housekeeping, commercial cleaning, laundry processes, and hospitality industry standards
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Leadership qualities including motivation, communication, computer skills, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work early mornings (5am-1:30pm weekly) consistently and adapt to changing priorities
Previous experience in Hotel/Gym/ Hospitality are preferred
Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
