Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Early Learning Solutions Specialist to join our growing team and represent MarcoPolo Learning in key regional markets. This is NOT a traditional sales role--it's a unique opportunity for educators who want to leave the classroom but stay connected to their passion for early childhood education.
As an Early Learning Solutions Specialist, you'll be the face of MarcoPolo Learning in your region, building authentic relationships with educators and administrators at the local level. You'll split your time between supporting existing partner schools, evangelizing our products at regional conferences and county office meetings, and helping to expand our footprint through grassroots relationship-building.
This position is ideal for former teachers who have a natural ability to connect with educators, love presenting and demonstrating educational products, and want to make a broader impact on early childhood education--without the pressure of traditional sales quotas or commission structures.
Travel Requirements:
Regular attendance at local and regional conferences (typically 3-4 per year in your region), plus occasional site visits to partner schools. This is a remote position, but you must be based in or near your target market.
