Early Learning Coordinator

to help lead our high-quality early education programs and support the growth of children, families, and educators.

What You'll Do

As part of our leadership team, you'll help strengthen program quality across our Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-K classrooms. You'll coach educators, guide curriculum and assessment practices, foster positive family relationships, and help create engaging environments where every child feels supported and encouraged to thrive.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

(required)

EEC Lead Teacher (Infant/Toddler and Preschool) and Director I or II certification 3+ years of center-based early childhood experience, including supervisory or leadership roles Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and family engagement best practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Procare, Brightwheel, or GOLD a plus Must meet all required background checks (DCF, CORI, SORI, fingerprinting)

Pay: $54,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
