People Incorporated's Early Intervention Program is seeking a passionate, experienced Therapy Manager to lead our OT, PT, and SLP teams while maintaining a small, direct-service caseload. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality care for children ages birth to 3 and their families in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
What You'll Do:
Oversee all allied health services (OT/PT/SLP)
Supervise & support a skilled therapy team
Deliver direct care to a limited caseload
Ensure DPH compliance and service excellence
Collaborate closely with EI Program Director
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's+ in OT, PT, or SLP + active MA licensure
5+ years of Early Intervention experience
1+ year in a clinical leadership role
Strong collaboration & communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.
Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.
