Job Description
Little Sprouts is seeking both lead and support teachers.
Lead Teacher
Holds CDA / AA degree / Or Bachelor's Degree
Has effective communication skills and classroom management skills. Able to learn and implement positive discipline, daily lessons, charting, and follow all health and safety standards for infant / toddler / preschool care.
Lead teachers will implement and uphold the philosophies of Little Sprouts Early Learning Center by managing their work environment as a leader. Lead Teachers will provide support and guidance to assistant teachers in the classrooms. Lead teachers will exemplify leadership and problem solving.
Assistant Teacher
High School Diploma or GED
Assistant teachers provide aid to the lead teachers, assisting with child needs, health, safety and implementation of daily routines / lessons.
Assistant teachers should be receptive to direction and be able to promptly identify and assist co-workers. Assistant teachers should be effective learners, have a strong work ethic and take direction well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
