Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to promoting child welfare and implementing effective lesson plans that engage students in meaningful learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Assess and monitor children's progress in various developmental areas, including literacy, math, and physical education. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's growth and address any concerns related to their development. Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring tutoring in specific subjects. Promote positive behavior management strategies to guide children in their interactions with peers. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and child welfare practices. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and community members. Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with young children. Certification in special education is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.50 - $14.21 per hour
