Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating and nurturing young children, creating a safe and stimulating environment for learning and growth.

Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities
- Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with parents to support and enhance the educational experience

Requirements

- Previous experience in early childhood education or related field
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies
- Strong classroom management and behavior management skills
- Ability to develop and implement educational programs
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures
- Certification in childcare or early childhood education is preferred
- Experience with Montessori or other alternative educational approaches is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
