We are a creative, small --but growing--company located in the northwest suburbs. We have an exciting growth opportunity on our dye sublimation team. This position is ideal for individuals with an interest in printing who want to contribute to producing high-quality products for our customers. Candidates should possess a keen eye for detail, particularly in color quality, and strong problem-solving skills to address defects when they arise.

SHIFT DETAILS:

- 1st Shift (Potential opportunities for 2nd shift available!)

- Full-time position (We will train the right candidate)

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Operating transfer equipment, including loading fabrics, paper and feeding the machine.

- Reporting discrepancies in job information and any defects in materials or completed prints to the supervisor.

- Understanding the dye sublimation process.

- Performing daily maintenance, set-up, transfer, and clean-up.

- Understanding color management (CMYK, RGB, etc.).

- Keeping the department clean and hazard-free.

- Stocking materials and reporting low inventory levels.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of transfer printing equipment or be willing to learn. The job requires learning the different fabrics and their appropriate uses, as well as the ability to feed materials through the press and manage the details essential to the operation of the transfer equipment.
