Supports multiple industry and client engagements from start to finish for tailored business solutions and/or highly complex projects. Helps clients develop a vision for the direction and future state of their industry; creates plans and industry best practice models to attain the vision and to design ways to implement the vision.
Acts as primary liaison for Alliance partner engagement with Industry. Develops leading edge industry strategies and coaches executives through the implementation and organizational change processes.
Researches, conducts due diligence and recommends Industry-specific alliances and potential targets for inorganic growth opportunities.
Plays a lead role in building and developing client relationships while positioning company for future opportunities with industry clients. Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and the client to ensure satisfaction for both.
Works closely with internal product development teams to ensure company products/services offerings are positioned to meet the current and future needs of the Industry.
Represents company\'s strategy and solutions at industry conferences and with industry analysts. Contributes to engagements on a national or global level due to recognized expertise in selected discipline.
Serves as primary conduit to company\'s thought leadership and Office of Innovation resources.
Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field preferred
Twelve or more years of consulting experience with industry analysis and strategy
Experience working with client-mandated methodologies
Experience working with the client\'s vision, strategy, and business objectives
Experience working with delivery assurance policies, procedures, and principles
Other Qualifications
Five to nine years of additional relevant experience in multiple business or industry specialty areas
Strong project planning and estimating skills related to area of expertise
Strong communication skills
Strong negotiating skills
Ability to provide strong leadership and support to the project and team members
Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks
Ability to be a high-impact player on multiple simultaneous engagements
Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients
