Compensation and Schedule:

Full-time and part-time positions available Salary range: $100,000-$115,000 Bonus pay opportunities Flexible scheduling

BCBA Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive initial assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs Ensure program effectiveness and client progress Provide case-specific training and supervision to Behavior Technicians Coordinate and evaluate staff efforts aligned with IEP/IFSP goals Collect, analyze, and manage client data Maintain accurate daily documentation and progress reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field Current BCBA certification Reliable transportation Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
