In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic dumplings with precision and care, ensuring each batch meets our high standards of quality and flavor.
Responsibilities?
1. Prepare dough and filling ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
2. Assemble and shape dumplings efficiently, maintaining consistency in size and presentation.
3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations.
Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines during busy service hours.
4. Assist with inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and notifying supervisors of supply needs.
5. Adhere to all food handling, sanitation, and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
Skills?
Hopefully, you are familiar with working with dough. If you have never made dumplings before, we can train you.
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed, in a lively cafe or restaurant setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
