Title: DUI Program Marketer



Salary: $36,000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities



Generate and manage leads through direct outreach and community partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including attorneys, courts, and community organizations. Track lead activity, conversion rates, and marketing performance. Collaborate with the resources and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve results.

Compensation & Compliance



Includes a

base salary

and

performance-based incentives

tied to measurable marketing outcomes.

Qualifications



Experience in outreach, sales, or marketing--preferably in behavioral health or related services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and goal-tracking abilities. Knowledge of DUI education programs or substance use treatment is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
