Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and superior guest experiences. Manage brand budgets, monitor campaign performance metrics, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI. Supervise a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute branding projects effectively. Oversee brand compliance across all touchpoints including hospitality venues such as resorts or hotels, ensuring consistent guest experiences. Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with international markets and diverse customer bases. Support human resources initiatives related to team development and training in hospitality management practices. Maintain excellent customer service standards by ensuring all branding efforts enhance guest relations and overall satisfaction. Engage in revenue management strategies by aligning branding activities with sales objectives to maximize profitability.

Qualifications



Proven experience in brand management within the hospitality or hotel industry, demonstrating successful leadership roles supervising teams. Strong background in hospitality management, hotel operations, or resort environments with a focus on guest services and guest relations. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse audiences globally. Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Deep understanding of hotel management principles combined with experience in night audit procedures is preferred. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture. Knowledge of hospitality-specific tools such as resort management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable branding strategies that drive business growth.
