Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in private residences. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Duties

As a Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Providing personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those with chronic illnesses. Preparing meals that meet dietary requirements and preferences of clients. Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Engaging clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Experience

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in caregiving roles such as home health aide, nursing assistant, or direct support professional. Familiarity with first aid, CPR, and HIPAA regulations is highly desirable. Company will pay for CPR and first aid training. Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
