About the Role

Are you looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity where you can make a real difference in someone's life? Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and quality of life.

As a DSP, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily living tasks, promoting safety and wellness, and building positive relationships with the individuals you support.



Key Responsibilities o Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, hygiene, and dressing o Support with shopping, menu planning, and meal prep o Transport members to appointments, recreational events, and community outings o Provide supportive counseling and life skills coaching o Maintain clean, organized living environments and help with health/safety routines (fire drills, etc.) o Communicate effectively with families, team members, and supervisors o Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with regulations o Participate in social activities and community integration o Attend mandatory training sessions and staff meetings ? Perform other related duties as assigned

? Qualifications

o High School Diploma or GED (required) o Valid driver's license and reliable car for work use o Strong communication skills (verbal and written) ??
