is seeking

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

to provide person-centered support to residents in an

assisted living / customized living

environment. The DSP supports residents with daily care needs while promoting dignity, independence, and safety in accordance with individual service plans and Minnesota assisted living regulations.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide reminders and support according to individualized service plans Support medication administration

as trained and authorized

Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition or behavior Encourage socialization and participation in daily activities Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and rights at all times Complete documentation accurately and timely Follow assisted living policies, procedures, and state regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent DSP, HHA, CNA, or caregiver experience preferred Ability to pass background study and required trainings Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) & Part-Time Positions Available

to support individuals with disabilities in a

group home / residential setting

. DSPs assist individuals in developing daily living skills, promoting independence, and supporting community integration.

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support with ADLs and personal care Support individuals in skill-building, independence, and daily routines Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation Implement individual support plans and behavior support strategies Encourage community participation and social engagement Observe, document, and report behavioral or health-related changes Maintain accurate daily notes and documentation Ensure a safe, structured, and respectful living environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent DSP or residential support experience preferred Ability to pass background study and required trainings Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
