PAY RATE: $24 PER HOUR

Position Overview:

We are actively hiring a Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team!


This opportunity is perfect for compassionate, self-motivated, and energetic individuals who are eager to support individuals in their journey toward independence. Work schedules will be assigned based on Individual's needs, availability, and location.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to an individual while they attend a 6 hour program on Saturdays in Brick,NJ.

Pick the individual up at their residence in Point Pleasant and accompany him to Evermore Solutions program in Brick, NJ and drop him back off at home.

must have a reliable vehicle with unexpired auto insurance/registration/inspection to take this individual to his program. Provide guidance as needed while he engages with his program assignments or activities. Create and maintain a positive, person-centered approach to care. Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals at all times.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record. Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening. Ability to work legally in the United States. Comfortable with community-based support and engaging in local outings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Person-centered mindset with a positive attitude and open-mindedness. Passionate about working with individuals with disabilities and promoting independence.

Must have a smart device and data plan to utilize our Employment Visit Verification system.
