You'll join our construction team to finish interiors on new sets and service projects; taping, mudding, sanding, texturing, and blending to a seamless, paint-ready surface. The work is fast-paced and team-oriented, with occasional travel to job sites in the region (company-paid lodging and per diem when overnight stays are needed).

Responsibilities

Perform expert drywall finishing: tape, mud, sand, feather, and blend to a flawless finish. Complete drywall installation and repairs; prep substrates; match textures and finishes. Execute textured ceilings and paint-ready surfaces. Support general carpentry needs tied to finish quality and punch-list closeout. Work efficiently to hit quality, budget, and timeline targets with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

3 or more years of relevant construction experience with strong drywall finishing skills (required). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job-related travel (required). Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand/climb for extended periods, and work in varied weather. Clear, professional communication and a positive, team-first attitude. Willingness to occasionally stay out of town; company covers lodging and per diem. Willingness to complete a post-offer drug screening consistent with applicable law.

What We Offer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time. Projects are based in Fairmont and across North Central WV. The company covers lodging and per diem for required overnight stays. Hourly rate at $25 to $30 per hour, bi-weekly pay (based on qualifications and experience). Overtime opportunities when available.
