Job Summary:

We are seeking a Drop Bury Bore Machine Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate machinery used to dig trenches and install pipes or cables underground. The Drop Bury Bore Machine Operator will ensure accurate and efficient installation of utilities while following safety guidelines and company procedures.



Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Previous experience operating drop bury bore machines or similar equipment Knowledge of underground utility installation processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good physical condition and stamina to perform labor-intensive duties



Responsibilities:

Operate drop bury bore machines to dig trenches and install underground utilities Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately Ensure the proper depth, angle, and alignment of underground pipes or cables Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used



Preferred Skills:

Certification in operating heavy machinery Experience with trenchless technology Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair of machinery Strong problem-solving skills * Excellent communication abilities
