Job Overview:

Aerial Illuminations is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our drone show crew. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in setting up and maintaining our state-of-the-art drone shows, ensuring a seamless and mesmerizing experience for audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and teardown of drone show equipment. Maintain and prepare drones for performances. Handle and organize drone batteries, ensuring proper charging and maintenance. Participate in the physical setup of the drone show, including equipment placement and safety checks. Follow safety protocols and assist in troubleshooting technical issues as needed.

Requirements:

Must be

18 years or older

. Availability for

1-3 shows per month

. Ability to work

10-12 hours per show

, primarily on weekends (

Friday, Saturday, Sunday

). Must be able to lift a minimum of

25 lbs

. Reliable transportation to and from event locations. Ability to work in an outdoor environment and adapt to changing weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Previous experience with drones, AV equipment, or event production is a plus but not required.
