At Droga5, the Business Development Manager supports our agency growth e?orts, helping manage ongoing new business opportunities and driving pursuits across brand, strategy and creative.
Our Business Development Manager helps to drive and maintain the day-to-day details and organization of the new business process, managing various aspects from the initial qualification phase, through the pitch to final deal execution. This is a key role that involves partnering closely with the full Business Development team. In doing so the Business Development Manager
contributes directly to the overall performance and success of Droga5.
The ideal candidate has a brand, creative, or digital agency pedigree either in a new business or account management capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and assist the business development team for various day-to-day new business needs and throughout the end-to-end pitch process, both responsively and proactively.
Own the details and organization of the team including maintaining an up-to-date status document and keeping folders up to date, documents and resources saved etc.
Be the go-to for new business requests (case studies, custom credentials, etc.).
Own and drive the development of credentials documents and proposal documents.
Create comprehensive 'Get Smart' docs including relevant business/brand context.
Ensure all meeting prep/logistics are taken care of (eg. travel, IT, catering, etc.).
Create and share meeting agendas, itineraries, attendees lists and other prep materials.
Partner closely with Project Management (PM) to run the overall pitch timeline.
Take comprehensive notes (partnering with PM) and accurately deliver actions.
Contribute to RFI/RFP development, actively seeking input and building content.
Handle all NDA processing and escalate any issues when required.
Maintain the archive of credentials, case studies and pitch resources.
Manage studio requests and design needs in partnership with the PM department (including case study videos, pitch videos, deck templates).
Brief the New Business Presentation Designer thoroughly and partner closely to ensure that design feedback is managed and design output is of highest standard.
Build an understanding of Droga5's unique positioning as well as marketing industry macro landscape and trends.
Ability to travel as needed.

Business Development is one of the fastest paced and highest-pressure environments in the agency. That means it requires flexibility with working hours, regularly going above and beyond, and executing flawlessly even on tight deadlines. That said, it can be equally rewarding. There is no other department that o?ers the same level of access, exposure, and potential for growth and
development.
Expected Hours of Work:
In any given week, work can range from 40 to upwards of 70 hours.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of 2 years of experience at an advertising agency
A minimum of 1 year of experience in new business
A minimum of 4 years of experience with Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Keynote, and AI-powered tools
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, consistently delivers error free work
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Ability to regularly "manage up"

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
